Description of the preparation:
Squash – vegetables are seasonal, so have time to prepare delicious salads from them for the winter. Today for this we take actually squash, tomatoes, bell peppers and onions. The salad will turn out fragrant and tasty, and it will be possible to serve it with any side dish.
Prepare products for preparing squash salad for the winter.
Peel the squash from the seeds and cut into cubes. Dice tomatoes.
Peel the peppers and onions, cut the vegetables into strips.
Stir the vegetables in a bowl or pan.
Add sugar and salt.
Pour in oil and vinegar. Stir and let stand on the table for 3-4 hours to stand out juice from vegetables.
Fill clean cans with vegetable salad along with juice.
