Description of the preparation:
A small amount of vodka helps the fermentation process and when baking, the top of the bread does not fall. Stick to the recipe and baking will delight you.
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Preheat the water to 36-38 degrees.
Dissolve milk powder in warm water.
Load the ingredients into your bread machine bucket according to your instructions. In my bread machine there are first liquid products, then dry ones. Turn on the “Main Bread” program, time 3 hours 40 minutes.
During the batch, look at the bread maker, you should form a smooth lump. The dough is kneaded correctly.
At the end of the baking process and after a beep, remove the bread. Lay on a board, lay on its side and stand in this position for 3 hours, if possible, then wrap the bread in a towel and leave it overnight.
