Below I will tell you more about how to make vegan ice cream. I recommend using bananas with speckled peel – they are the most ripe and sweet. If your blender is not powerful enough, you can add a little vegetable milk to make it easier to crush ice cream.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Peel the bananas. Then put in the freezer for 8 hours.
Cut frozen bananas into circles.
Grind bananas instead with the rest of the ingredients except the biscuits.
The consistency should be homogeneous and thick.
Crush cookies into small pieces with your hands. Add to ice cream, mix gently.
