Tomatoes in gelatin without sterilization
Description of the preparation:
I like these tomatoes because not only they are eaten, but the marinade itself. In the form of a jelly rich in taste, it is simply amazing! And such tomatoes are prepared very simply, no more complicated than ordinary pickled ones, the only thing, and gelatin is added to the marinade. Be sure to try my recipe!
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Soak the gelatin in a little cold water first.

Cut the onion into circles.

In a jar (I have a jar with a volume of 700 ml), first add the pepper and bay leaves, then the tomatoes, shifting them with onion slices and garlic. Also, for beauty, put in a jar several sprigs of parsley.

Pour the tomatoes in a jar with boiling water, cover the jar with a lid and leave for 15 minutes.

Then pour the water from the jar into a saucepan, add salt and sugar, bring to a boil and boil for several minutes.

Then remove from heat, pour in vinegar and swollen gelatin. Mix well. Pour the jar of tomatoes with the resulting marinade and roll it up.

After cooling, send the jar to the refrigerator, then the marinade will quickly harden and turn into jelly.
