Description of the preparation:

The jelly in the Maceduan dessert should not be as dense as we present it in its classic form. Semi-liquid jelly mass is the right consistency! Let's try to cook from fruits and berries that spoil us in early autumn. In a step-by-step recipe, I’ll tell you how to make a Maceduan dessert.

At midday
The main ingredient:
Fruits / Berries / Gelatin
Dessert / Jelly / Sweet

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash fruits and berries well.

Put sugar and cinnamon in water. Bring to a boil, stir to dissolve the sugar.

Peel and core fruits. Cut the apple, pear and plum into small pieces. First send apple slices to syrup. Cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes.

Then we cook pieces of pear and plum for another 2-3 minutes.

Last of all, add grapes. Cook for 1 minute.

Turn off the heat and add the gelatin. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved, for several minutes.

Remove the cinnamon stick and pour the mass of fruit into glasses or bowls, cool and put in the refrigerator. After about an hour, dessert can be served.
