Description of the preparation:
A steamed cake to your taste resembles something between a Potato and Brownie cake. To appreciate the taste of the cake, do not replace dark chocolate with milk and keep the cooking sequence.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Divide the eggs into proteins and yolks.
Beat whites until soft peaks and put in the refrigerator.
Whisk the yolks with sugar and salt. Add soft butter. Whisk again.
Melt the chocolate.
Add chocolate to the yolk-butter mass. Beat until smooth.
Then add the flour and at low speed mix it into the dough.
Take out the proteins and in portions, using a spatula, mix in the dough.
The dough is ready.
Wrap the rice bowl with cling film and pour the dough into it. Flatten the top.
Place the prepared bowl in a double boiler and turn it on for 40 minutes.
After time, remove the cake from the double boiler. Chill.
Mix sour cream with sugar.
Cut the cooled cake into three parts.
Cut each part to a round shape. Make cuts throughout the cake. Grind the scraps into crumbs.
Collect the cake. Coat each cake with sour cream. Sprinkle crumbs on top and sides.
Leave the finished cake at room temperature for 1 hour.
Have a nice tea party!
