Steamed cake – a step-by-step recipe with photos on

Description of the preparation:

A steamed cake to your taste resembles something between a Potato and Brownie cake. To appreciate the taste of the cake, do not replace dark chocolate with milk and keep the cooking sequence.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Divide the eggs into proteins and yolks.

Beat whites until soft peaks and put in the refrigerator.

Wrap the rice bowl with cling film and pour the dough into it. Flatten the top.

Place the prepared bowl in a double boiler and turn it on for 40 minutes.

After time, remove the cake from the double boiler. Chill.

Mix sour cream with sugar.

Cut the cooled cake into three parts.
