Pour in the yolks to the whites.
Beat whites and yolks together.
Add the vanilla sugar and baking powder to the flour, mix, add to the whipped mass and beat well again so that there are no lumps.
Drain the raisins and dry on a paper towel.
To prevent raisins from baking falling to the bottom of the mold, sprinkle it lightly with flour.
Prepare a baking dish, cover the bottom with baking paper, grease with butter, sprinkle with flour, shake off the remaining flour.
Pour the dough into the mold, flatten.
Put raisins on top, shake gently so that the raisins are slightly drowned in the dough.
Bake the biscuit in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
The biscuit is easily removed from the mold onto a plate.
The sponge cake turned out magnificent and very tasty, if you like more raisins, then put it more. Pour tea and bon appetit!
