Below I will tell you in more detail how to cook spaghetti from carrots. For slicing carrots, you can still use a Korean grater or a spirulizer. You can replace lime with lemon; with it, the sauce also turns out delicious. If you want to arrange a light dinner for yourself – feel free to take my recipe!
Prepare all the ingredients.
Peel the carrots, then use a vegetable peeler to cut into thin strips.
For the sauce, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, chili pepper, lime juice and water until a creamy consistency is obtained. Add the ginger root and garlic grated on a fine grater. Pour the sauce into carrot spaghetti.
Finely chop the parsley with a knife. Add parsley and roasted peanuts in a bowl. Mix everything well.
