Pea and smoked ribs soup puree is very easy to prepare, you just need to pre-soak dry peas in water so that it swells and cooks faster. Peas can be taken yellow or green, it does not matter. Delicate, hearty and tasty soup can be served with crackers, croutons or toasts. And also with a slice of fresh bread.
Prepare the ingredients for the soup.
Place smoked ribs in a pan.
Wash dry, chopped peas and pour boiled, cold water. Let stand for several hours, but it’s better to do it at night. Then put in a pan with ribs.
Pour the peas ribs with filtered water and place the pan on the stove. Bring to a boil, remove the foam, it will be a lot. Cook the ribs with peas until it boils. It will take 35-40 minutes.
Peel onions and carrots, wash. Grate the carrots, and just chop the onions. Put in a pan. Pour in sunflower oil and lightly let the vegetables over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Add to soup.
Put the onions and carrots in the pan. Salt, pepper the soup to taste.
Remove the ribs from the pan, remove the meat from the bones and chop finely.
Cook the soup until all the ingredients are cooked for another 15-20 minutes.
Beat the finished soup with a blender, pour into a plate and add the chopped meat of smoked ribs.
