Description of the preparation:

Soup "Kaurma-Shurpa" – hearty, aromatic and very tasty. At the same time, cooking is very simple. You can do it like me: cook beef broth and add vegetables. Or pre-fry the meat, and then fill it with water and cook. The classic oriental shurpa is prepared rather oily, but I have a dietary option with a minimum of fat. It turns out no worse and easier for the liver. Add spices to taste.

Prepare the ingredients for the shurpa.

First, cook the meat broth. Wash the beef and put in a pan.

Pour water into the pan and place on the stove. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and remove the foam.

Cook the beef until cooked.

Cut the carrots into strips and put in a pan.

Add finely chopped onions.

Pour in the sunflower oil and simmer the vegetables over low heat in a pan while stirring. At the end, add chopped tomatoes, mix. Warm onions, carrots and tomatoes for another 5 minutes and turn it off.

Put the onions, carrots and tomatoes in a pot with broth and meat.

Peppers, peel, wash and cut into strips.

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes.

Add bell peppers and potatoes to the shurpa. Salt and pepper to taste. Put the bay leaf.

Cook soup until all vegetables are cooked. At the end, add chopped garlic and herbs.
