Description of preparation:

Prepare the ingredients.

Cooking seasoning over low heat, about 40 minutes.
Salt and sugar are added to taste.
Seasoning boiled and became thicker. Add the garlic passed through the press, cook for another 5 minutes. We lay out the boiling seasoning in sterile jars and roll it with metal lids.
"Poltava" seasoning is ready. Keep in a cool place.
