Sauerkraut in 3 days
Description of the preparation:
Pay attention to the amount of salt. After a day of fermentation, try the juice that stands out, it happens that it is not salty enough, then add a couple of salt with a pinch of salt on top and pierce the whole cabbage with a knife, then cover and place until the process is complete.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Thinly chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Put in the bowl.
Stir honey in water.
Add salt, bay leaf, dill seeds to the vegetables. Shuffle. Pour in honey water. Stir again.
Transfer to a container.
Put oppression on top and leave it as such in room conditions for 3 days. The next day, be sure to make a few punctures.
After the time has passed, put the cabbage in the refrigerator, let it brew for 1 hour and you can serve it to the table.
