Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
Pour 2 cups flour into a bowl, grate cold oil. Grind into crumbs.
Add the egg, sugar, salt to the butter and flour crumbs. Shuffle.
Combine cold milk and yeast solution. Shuffle.
Pour the yeast milk into the flour mass. Shuffle. Knead the soft dough. If it sticks to your hands, gradually add another 0.5 cups of flour.
Roll the dough into a ball.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. After the time has passed, remove the dough, cut into the desired products and bake immediately in a hot oven. Proofing before baking is not required.
