Salad with tongue and pickled onions

Description of the preparation:

To prepare a salad, you can use not only the specified ingredients, but also add something from yourself, for example, boiled or baked potatoes. You can marinate onions both in vinegar and in lemon juice. Pickled cucumbers try to choose delicious and crispy. All components combine perfectly, therefore, the salad comes out so delicious.

Prepare the ingredients. Boil pork tongue in advance.

Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings. Put in a bowl. Add a portion of water and table vinegar to the onion, leave it alone for 10 minutes, then rinse.

Put the onions on a flat salad plate.

The tongue immediately after cooking, send under ice water, then clean it with a knife. Cut the tongue into pieces or strips, add to the onion.

Cut pickled cucumbers in circles or cubes, transfer to a salad.
Boil a chicken egg in advance – 10 minutes in salted water will be enough. Peel the egg and cut into 4 parts, lay on a plate. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the salad. Serve to the table.
