Description of the preparation:
Salad perfectly satisfies hunger and can become not only an addition, but also an independent dish. You can literally whip up a salad with smoked chicken, beans and crackers. If it is not possible to boil the beans in advance, then canned beans in their own juice will come to the rescue. You can take both white and red beans – of your choice. Rusks can be added to the salad immediately before serving, so that they retain their crisp structure, or can be served separately.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Separate the smoked meat from the bones and chop finely.
Add the diced cucumber.
Add boiled beans. If the beans are canned, then drain all the liquid from it.
Add chopped herbs, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
Dice the bread. Add salt, chopped garlic and Provencal herbs to the bread.
Fry the bread in a dry pan, stirring constantly. You can dry the crackers in the oven.
Before serving, sprinkle the salad with crackers and fresh herbs. Salad with beans, smoked chicken and crackers is ready. Bon Appetit!
