If you like to pamper yourself and your loved ones with delicious homemade preservation, then I suggest preparing the Bakat salad. It is prepared very simply and quickly. It is enough to cut all the ingredients, mix and then put out a little. The salad turns out to be tender and very tasty. Serve as a snack or on your own. Take note!
Prepare all the ingredients.
Wash, dry and chop the eggplant in large cubes. Add 0.5 tbsp. salt, mix and leave for 20 minutes.
Peppers, peel, rinse and cut into strips.
Grate the carrots.
Wash the tomatoes and pass through a meat grinder. Pour tomato juice into a deep, thick-bottomed bowl. Add salt, sugar, butter, ground pepper, garlic and minced greens through a press.
Bring the mass to a boil and boil, stirring a couple of minutes. Add washed eggplant and squeezed from moisture, chopped pepper and grated carrots.
Stir, bring to a boil, cover and cook, stirring occasionally over low heat for 25-30 minutes. Pour vinegar 5 minutes before cooking.
Salad "Bakat" is ready.
Arrange the hot salad in sterilized jars and tighten with sterile lids. Turn over, wrap and leave to cool completely, then put in a cool place for storage.
I got two 500 ml jars from the indicated amount and a little more was left for the sample. Successful blanks!
