Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Heat the oil in a pan, put the garlic. When the garlic starts to smell, put frozen vegetables in a pan. Sauté for 10 minutes over medium heat until tender.
Add rice, salt and spices to the pan. Stir and fry the rice with vegetables for several minutes.
Thanks to the frying of rice with vegetables, rice after cooking will remain soft, but crumbly.
Pour the contents of the pan with broth, cover the pan with a lid and simmer until rice is cooked (about 15-20 minutes).
