Description of the preparation:
Pumpkin souffle – a dessert that will appeal to absolutely everyone! This is a real way to feed pumpkin to children! In this souffle turns out to be moderately sweet, in its composition only 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar. And the recipe itself on how to make pumpkin souffle is very simple. I cook it in small tins and in large form, then cutting the souffle into small squares. Be sure to try making this autumn treat!
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the pumpkin from seeds and peel. We need 200 grams of pumpkin pulp.
Boil the pumpkin for 10-15 minutes (depending on the type of pumpkin) until soft, and then mash with a blender.
While boiling the pumpkin, separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until sharp peaks.
Mix the yolks with sugar, you can add a little vanilla sugar.
Beat until light.
Add flour and pumpkin puree to the yolks. Mix well.
This is the result of the pumpkin mass.
Now add about 1 spoonful of whipped proteins and mix them.
Get a bright and airy mass.
Lubricate small baking tins with butter, put the pumpkin mass in them. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Here is a beautiful soufflé. It may take a little more time for baking, my oven is not too powerful, so the souffle was prepared for almost 40 minutes.
