Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces or three on a grater.
Sprinkle with sugar and spices. We put the pan on minimal heat, heat and mix until juice appears. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add apples to the pan. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Grind the pumpkin and apple with a blender to a uniform consistency.
We spread pumpkin puree on a baking sheet for pastille and send it to an electric dryer. Cook at a temperature of 60 degrees for about 6 hours.
The pastille has dried up. It is not sticky, but plastic and soft. We turn the pastille and cut into portions.
Pumpkin pastille is ready. Eat on health.
