Description of the preparation:
I would like to mention the stuffing. The cake has a pronounced sweetness, so in order not to spoil the taste, take jam with a slight sourness. Orient the baking of the pie in your oven, but usually 40 minutes is enough.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Divide the egg into protein and yolk. Remove the protein in the refrigerator. Melt the butter and add sugar and yolk to it. Stir.
Add sour cream, stir again.
Add flour and baking powder for the dough.
Knead the soft dough. Divide into 2 unequal parts: 1/3 and 2/3. Take 1/3 part into the freezer, 2/3 part of the dough in the refrigerator. Leave on for 30 minutes.
Beat the protein with 1 tbsp. sugar into lush foam, to the peaks.
After 30 minutes, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Prepare a rectangular baking dish, cover it with parchment.
Distribute the dough in the form, forming small sides.
Spread thick jam over the dough. Determine the layer yourself, to taste. But keep in mind that the cake is sweet, therefore, the thicker the layer of jam, the sweeter the cake. Turn on the oven 180 degrees.
Spread whipped protein with sugar on a layer of jam.
Remove 1/3 of the dough from the freezer and rub the coarse grater onto the protein layer. Put the cake to bake for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, remove the cake from the oven. It will be a beautiful, golden color.
Remove from mold and refrigerate.
