Pickled plums are always tasty and unusual, and if you come across the Vengerka variety, be sure to roll such a plum for the winter. Pickled plum is a spicy treat for the whole family. We will use cinnamon and cloves as seasoning. It will turn out unusual and juicy!
Prepare the ingredients for a delicious Hungarian pickled plum.
Rinse the plums. Put in clean and sterilized jars.
Pour the plums with boiling water and leave them under the lid for 15-20 minutes to make the juice stand out.
Drain the can. Pour sugar and boil again.
Add cinnamon and cloves.
Cook the spicy marinade for 2-3 minutes, pour in the vinegar and remove immediately from the heat.
Pour the plums with hot marinade.
Screw the lids on the cans and allow to cool completely under the covers.
Workpiece yield – 2 cans of 300 grams each. Bon Appetit!
