Description of the preparation:
Pickled grapes are an ideal choice for making canapes, salads with grapes and cheese, and even desserts! Great snack for the festive table! I tell you how to cook pickled grapes for olives.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. The indicated quantity per 0.5 liter jar.
Pour water into a saucepan and add all the ingredients of the marinade, except for vinegar. Bring to a boil.
Put clean grapes in a sterilized jar.
Pour some hot marinade through a sieve and vinegar.
Then pour in the remaining marinade. Alternatively, you can remove the bay leaf and a stick of cinnamon from the marinade, and pour the rest into the jar along with the contents.
Close the jar with a sterilized lid, cool and put in the refrigerator for 10 days!
