Pickled eel is an excellent substitute for all sweets. Plums in spicy syrup are tasty and aromatic, better than store sweets and other desserts.

Fill a clean jar with spices: put bay leaf, peppercorns and cloves.

Boil the marinade water and pour in the plums. Leave under the lid for 20 minutes.

Pour the marinade into a bowl or pan, the color has become saturated, the plums have given the juice. Boil the marinade and add sugar, pour vinegar, stir, the marinade is ready.
