– 4 tbsp. flour (sometimes you need a little more, because the flour is different)
– 2 tbsp. l sugar
– 1 2 tsp salt
– 2 tbsp. l sunflower oil
– 500 ml. milk (you can warm, you can, and straight from the refrigerator, tried and so and so the result is the same)
– package of dry yeast 11 gr. (I use a small bag SafMoment)
This recipe is designed for sloths who love pies and do not want to mess around with dough.
Stage 1. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Fold the resulting mass into the bag and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. EVERYTHING!
Step 2. After two hours, you take the dough out of the refrigerator, lightly knead in the flour, and make pies with any filling.
The dough is soft, does not stick to the hands, it is well molded and the cakes do not fall apart. It can also be used for all kinds of pizza pies.
