Prepare the ingredients for making mushroom cold soup.
Wash the mushrooms, cut into medium sized slices and fry in oil directly in the soup pot. Fry for 3-4 minutes, until the mushrooms become rosy, while stirring constantly.
Dice the onion and carrot into medium cubes.
Add vegetables to the pan with mushrooms and sauté all together for another 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour in hot water from the kettle, cook the soup for another 10 minutes over medium heat.
Pour finely chopped dill, bring to a boil and remove from the stove. Cool the soup completely.
