Prepare the ingredients.
In a turk, bring to a boil water with ground coffee. Leave it to boil over low heat until a dense foam forms.
Heat the milk, but do not boil. Beat with frother in a froth.
Add peppermint syrup to the bottom of the glass. Pour milk into a glass.
Then pour in a thin stream of coffee.
