Prepare the ingredients.
Cut chicken into small pieces and pour into a pan with warmed sunflower oil. Fry until lightly crusted.
Add chopped onion. Cook periodically stirring.
Pour boiling water, cook under the lid over low heat for 15 minutes.
Cut the pepper into slices and add to the porridge with chicken. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the parsley and garlic.
