Prepare all the ingredients.
Fry coarsely chopped onions, garlic and carrots in a pan until golden. Pour water, add the vegetable cube, bring to a boil.
In boiling water, add chopped potatoes into large cubes. Cook the soup for 15 minutes, then add the washed rice.
Salt to taste. Cook the soup for another 15 minutes over low heat. At the end, add the tofu and parsley chopped into cubes. Cook the soup for 5 minutes and remove from the stove.
