Marinated fish in vinegar with onions
Description of the preparation:
I definitely advise you to use this recipe and cook fish marinated in vinegar with onions. The appetizer is tender and very tasty! To prepare this dish, any medium-sized fish with a small number of bones is suitable, in my case, pike. You can cook similarly silver carp, pelengas, mackerel, herring, etc. You can store the finished snack in the refrigerator for up to one month.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Clean the fish, remove the entrails, cut off the head, tail and fins. Rinse and cut into steaks, 1.5-2 cm wide.
Then divide each piece into two parts, removing the ridge and possibly large bones.
Cook the marinade. To do this, bring the water to a boil, add salt, sugar, spices and bay leaves. Boil for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat and let cool completely.
Add the vinegar to the cooled marinade and lower the pieces of fish. Put a small plate on top and remove the fish to marinate in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 days.
Then drain the marinade. Cut the onion with feathers or half rings. Place chopped onions and pickled pieces of fish in clean jars alternating. Pour all over with vegetable oil (it should completely cover the fish). Cover the jars with lids and store the finished pickled fish in vinegar with onions in the refrigerator.
In a day, the snack will be ready. Bon Appetit!
