Prepare the ingredients.
Grind lingonberries with sugar and water with a blender until smooth. Pour into a pan, add vanilla syrup. Heat the mashed potatoes over medium heat until almost boiling.
Dissolve agar-agar with 2-3 tbsp. cold water.
Pour agar-agar into the pan. Gently stir the mashed potato whisk until it thickens. Bring to a boil and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
Pour the mashed potatoes over the tins. Leave to freeze in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
