Combine sugar, premium wheat flour, vanilla flavor, salt in a ladle or saucepan.
Pour in cold milk of any fat content and thoroughly whisk everything so that lumps do not form. Pour the milk chilled, since in a hot liquid the flour is steamed and lumps immediately form. If you do not like to add flour to the cream, then replace it with corn starch in the same proportion.
Place a container on the stove, including minimal heat. Bring the contents of the container to a boil and simmer to the desired density, stirring with a whisk or spatula.
In the finished cream, mix the butter, move it into a deep container and cover the joint with joint wrap so that the film does not form on its surface. Put the cream in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to cool.
After the cream has cooled, divide each part of the dough into several parts and coat each of them, collecting the cake.

Sprinkle the cake on top and on the sides. Put it in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours to soak.
