Description of the preparation:
Such dumplings are called lazy, because they do not need to be sculpted, but still some time will be required for rolling the dough and forming the dumplings in the form of roses. Such dumplings, like ordinary ones, can be frozen for the future. There are no special difficulties in cooking, but the main thing here is to roll the dough thinly. Try it, delicious.
Prepare the ingredients for making lazy dumplings.
Take minced meat to your liking. Peel, wash, and finely chop or chop the onion in a blender. Add to the minced meat.
Stuff the minced meat to taste and mix thoroughly. You can pepper if you wish.
Prepare the dough for dumplings. Pour flour into a bowl.
Add salt and sunflower oil.
Pour in water.
Knead a steep but fairly elastic dough. Give it a rest of 20 minutes and you can begin to work.
Roll out the dough thinly. Cut into strips 6-7 cm wide and 12-15 cm long.
Place the minced meat in the middle of each strip.
Stick the edges of the dough, pressing with fingers from all sides.
Roll the dough with minced meat in the form of a rose.
These are the dumplings-roses obtained.
Cook the dumplings. Boil water, salt a little and put the dumplings in boiling water, mix so that they do not stick to the bottom. Cook the dumplings 7-8 minutes after they pop up. Serve ready with chicken stock. Very tasty!
