More details on how to make jelly without sugar will be described below. Any apples are suitable for this recipe, but cooking time may vary. Hard varieties need to be cooked a little longer. Instead of apples, you can use any fruit or berries of your choice. It turns out very cool with a minimum of effort!
Prepare all the ingredients.
Remove the core from the apples and the seeds from the dates. Transfer to a saucepan, fill with water and cook for 30-40 minutes.
Strain the fruit liquid through a sieve.
Dissolve starch in a small amount of cold water. Pour the fruit liquid back into the pan, pour the starch in a thin stream and bring to a boil.
Cool the jelly and it is ready, bon appetit!
