Herring Salad with Carrots

A juicy and tasty salad can be prepared in your own kitchen in just 30 minutes, but you need to wait a while for it to absorb the garlic flavor and cool, then its taste will become richer and brighter.
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Peel the carrots, rinse and grate Korean style carrots.
Peel the garlic cloves, chop or compress. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, pour garlic and carrot into it. Stew for about 1-2 minutes, sprinkled with ground coriander. Then put on a plate and cool.
Put slices of lightly salted herring from preserves in a salad bowl or bowl. If desired, you can filter the salted herring, remove the seeds and cut the fillet into slices, laying it in a container.
Open a jar of canned green peas, drain the marinade and put the necessary part of the peas in a container.
Add the stewed carrots with garlic.
Rinse the stalks of green onions, chop them and pour into a container with salt. Gently mix the entire contents of the container and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
