Description of the preparation:
Green tomatoes with garlic and pepper are very easy to prepare. Of course, when stuffing them you need to show a little patience, but there are no difficulties. Sterilization in this case, too, will not create much discomfort, given that the season of green tomatoes begins in the fall, in the absence of heat. This appetizer will delight you with cold days. Serve with hot potatoes, meat, poultry. From the specified amount of ingredients, 2 jars of 500 ml are obtained.
Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the tomatoes.
Remove the place to which the stem was attached.
Cut the tomatoes cross to cross, but not to the end.
Parsley, dill, hot pepper, Bulgarian pepper, wash the garlic.
Grind these ingredients in a blender to a pulp consistency.
Stuff each tomato with the prepared mixture.
Fill sterilized jars with stuffed tomatoes. Pour a teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of sugar and a teaspoon of 9% vinegar into each jar. Pour hot boiled water into a jar.
Lay a napkin in a saucepan, put a jar on it, cover with a lid. Pour water into the pan to the shoulders of the can. After boiling water in a pan, sterilize the tomatoes for 15 minutes.
Then roll up the cans with lids and send to a cool room. Serve for a snack.
