Description of the preparation:
You can take any fish fillet that you prefer. A garnish for such a fish is perfect potato or rice. I tell you how to cook fish in Greek. By the way, the dish is quite low-calorie.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Wash, dry and cut the fish into portions. Salt and pepper
about taste, then flip over and do the same on the reverse side.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Cut tomatoes into small cubes, chop greens and dill. Refuel
vegetables with olive oil and salt to taste.
Divide the mass into two approximately equal parts.
In each part, add 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs and mix.
Put one part of the tomato mass on the bottom of the mold.
Lay out the pieces of fish on top.
Put the second part of the vegetable mass on the fish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees.
