Below I will tell you in more detail how to cook Gado-Gado. Instead of peanut butter, you can grind roasted peanuts in a blender to a uniform sauce consistency. Gado-gado is a mixed vegetable, so you can add any vegetables to your taste. Also, boiled potatoes, eggplant, zucchini, corn and spinach are used in such a salad. My recipe includes: crispy fresh vegetables, fried tofu and spicy sweet-spicy dressing. The salad turns out bright, juicy and incredibly tasty!
Prepare all the ingredients.
For the sauce, mix peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, coconut sugar and water until smooth. Add garlic and cayenne pepper.
Cut the tofu into slices half a centimeter. Fry them in butter until crisp.
Cut the cucumber and radish into circles, grate the carrots on a Korean grater, chop the cabbage finely.
Add the sprouts of mung bean and tofu to the plate, and put the sauce in the center.
