Description of the preparation:
I will show how to prepare the base – funchose with soy sauce. If you wish, you can supplement this recipe with chicken, fish, seafood or vegetables. You can serve vermicelli to the table both hot and cold.
The ingredients we need.
Funchoza pour boiling water and leave for a couple of minutes.
Put chopped garlic in a pan, add oil and put on fire.
When the garlic begins to golden, add funchose, previously draining water from it.
Season to taste with soy sauce.
Simmer the funchose for a few more minutes.
Before serving, add funchose with sesame seeds, vegetables, herbs.
