Cupcake is a miracle! Very tasty! You can take raisins, nuts and dried apricots in any ratio. Walnuts can be replaced with any other or take immediately 2-3 species together. Such pastries will be an excellent treat for all the sweet tooth, and can also become a worthy decoration of any festive table.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Pour dried apricots and raisins with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes.
Pound margarine or butter with vanilla and sugar.
Add the eggs and mix.
Add washed and dried raisins, chopped dried apricots and chopped nuts.
Shuffle again. Add flour and baking powder.
You should get a fairly viscous dough.
Transfer the dough into a greased form. Bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
The festive cupcake is ready. Cool it on a wire rack and decorate to taste.
I poured the cupcake with melted chocolate and sprinkled with chopped walnuts on top. You can decorate the cupcake with icing or just sprinkle with powdered sugar.
