Description of preparation:
Kefir is not often used in the preparation of biscuit, as it can make the dough heavier. But in this recipe, in tandem with cocoa, it works just amazing. Such a biscuit, if desired, can be supplemented with nuts, berries, cream, but it is good in itself.
These are the ingredients we will use.
Combine the eggs with sugar and beat.
Add softened butter and pour in kefir.
When the mass is uniform and airy, add the sifted flour and cocoa.
Pour the finished dough into the mold.
Sprinkle almond flakes on top if desired. Send the form to a preheated oven to 180 degrees.
Bake for about 35-45 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. When piercing the cake, it should remain dry.
Have a nice tea party!
