Description of the preparation:
Cheesecake has a pleasant carrot tint and delicate texture. Carrot pastry goes well with dark chocolate, so the finished pie can be poured with melted dark chocolate or supplemented with fruits and berries.
Prepare the ingredients.
Pour sugar (40 g.) Into a bowl and add the egg. Whisk.
Add soft butter.
Three carrots and outlive the juice. Juice will be needed later, and dry carrots are added to the bowl.
Add the flour. You can use 2 types of flour – whole grain and white wheat. Knead the dough.
We distribute the dough in the form. We make a high side around the perimeter. We put the billet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
Cooking curd mass. Drive eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar (70 gr.). Beat until foam.
Add the cottage cheese to the bowl.
Put fat sour cream or cream.
Pour in carrot juice.
We mix the curd mass with a blender until a homogeneous consistency.
We take the blank from the oven and fill it with curd mass. Bake at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes. Then turn off the oven, but do not open the door, leave the cheesecake in the oven for another 30 minutes.
Cool the cheesecake and cut into portions. Ready cheesecake can be supplemented with melted chocolate, berry mousse or fruit.
