Description of the preparation:
To make sweets, roasted peanuts are most often used. If desired, peanuts can be combined with other nuts. If you want to simplify the recipe, use plain chocolate, having previously melted it in a water bath.
Prepare the ingredients for the sweets.
In a bowl, put 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar and honey.
Add the butter and put the bowl in a water bath.
Stir, when the consistency is uniform, remove the bowl from the water bath. The mass should be warm, not hot.
Grind the cookies into crumbs and add to the bowl.
Grind peanuts and walnuts, then add to the bowl and mix everything. Put the bowl in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
We make circles and put on a flat plate. Again, send to the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Cooking chocolate mass. Pour cocoa powder and 3 tbsp into a bowl. tablespoons of powdered sugar. Mix.
Add some milk. We put on low heat and heat, continuously stirring. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Add the butter. Mix, then cool.
Pour round nut sweets with chocolate mass and send in the cold for an hour.
Candies are ready. Serve chilled. If desired, they can be sprinkled with chopped nuts.
