Description of the preparation:
You can take any meat for cooking, you just need to focus on the time of its preparation! If it is beef, then the preliminary preparation needs to be increased in time. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel and wash the vegetables.
Turn on the slow cooker in the "Baking" or "Frying" mode. Pour the sunflower oil into the bowl and fry the diced onions until transparent, then add the carrots cut into small cubes and fry until half cooked.
Then add the washed and chopped meat to the vegetables, stir-fry for about 10 minutes.
Salt to taste, add about 100 ml. water and continue cooking under the lid for another 7-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into small cubes, and chop the cabbage not very large. After the time has passed, add the vegetables to the slow cooker. Pour in another 100 ml. water and simmer under the lid for 15-17 minutes. Stir a couple of times with a spatula.
Lastly, add diced tomato, chopped garlic with herbs and tomato paste. Mix everything, salt to taste, cook for 5-7 minutes. Then leave the crock-pot in the “Preheat” mode for another 10 minutes with the lid closed! The dish is ready!
