Description of the preparation:
Preparing cabbage is quite simple. Mandatory vegetables here are cabbage and bell peppers, carrots can be added as desired. I really like it in combination with cabbage and sweet pepper. Cabbage "Provence" is delicious and 3 hours after cooking and a few days later.
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the vegetables, peel the stalk and seeds, and peel the carrots.
Finely chop the cabbage with a knife or using a special grater for shredding.
Transfer the cabbage into a large bowl to make it convenient to mix. Add salt and sugar, mix thoroughly with your hands, so that the cabbage starts releasing juice.
Thinly chop the sweet pepper and send to the cabbage.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater or using a Korean carrot grater and add to other vegetables.
Add finely chopped garlic, vinegar, and vegetable oil.
Mix everything well.
Now you need to put the salad under the press. To do this, remember it well again, cover the plate with a suitable size on top, and place the load on top, a jar of water or a jug will do. Leave the cabbage for at least 2 hours, preferably 5-6.
