Prepare the ingredients for making the buns.
Knead the bun dough. Pour warm kefir into the bowl or bowl of the mixer.
Add yeast. Dry yeast will need 7-8 grams.
Add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar.
Pour in melted butter.
Pour in the sifted flour.
Knead an elastic, non-sticky dough.
From the mixer bowl I put the dough in a smaller container and put it in a warm place.
An hour later, the dough increased in volume.
Divide the dough into 12-14 pieces. Roll each part into a ball.
Put the balls of dough in a baking dish. Cover with cling film and let stand warm or at room temperature for 25-30 minutes.
The dough for this time will do. After, send it to the oven, preheated to 175-180 degrees.
Bake rolls 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Buns without eggs are ready. You can sprinkle them with powdered sugar or pour melted chocolate and serve.
