Description of the preparation:
To make the chicken tender and melt in my mouth, I recommend first frying it, and after adding vegetables, simmer it under low heat under a lid. If necessary, you can add broth or water. In addition, tomatoes or your favorite spices can be added to the recipe.
Wash and dry the chicken, peel the vegetables.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Put the chicken and fry on both sides until a light crust appears.
Add chopped onions and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Put the carrots and fry for another 5 minutes.
Salt, pepper to taste. Pour in some hot water. Cover the pan and let simmer over low heat.
Stew the chicken with onions and carrots for about 40 minutes until cooked.
