Description of the preparation:
The process of making stewed cabbage is quite simple, everyone will cope with it. We do not use oil in the recipe at all, since we will have the process of quenching with water. You can serve cabbage at any time, it is perfect for a variety of types of meat, cereals, potato dishes, etc.
Prepare all products.
Peel carrots and onions, rinse vegetables, dry. Cut the onions into small cubes, grate the carrots.
Chop the cabbage and boil for 5-7 minutes, or pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.
Warm the pan and transfer the carrots and onions into it, add a little water, simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Add tomato paste to the pan. Shuffle everything.
Put cabbage in a pan, add a little water again, add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the cabbage under the lid for 25 minutes. After a while, take a sample, serve cabbage to the table.
