Prepare the ingredients.
Pour oatmeal into a bowl; if there is no oatmeal, you can replace it with ground oatmeal.
Pour cold water into the flour and set for several hours for souring. You can do this in the evening, in the morning to cook jelly for breakfast.
Mix until smooth.
Wipe the infused mass through a sieve and place on the stove. Cook a thick jelly, add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar.
Rinse the bowl with cold water.
Put the finished jelly in it.
Top with berry syrup, for example, cranberry, made from sugar and cranberries. Serve the jelly cold, you can lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar.
