Description of the preparation:
Cooking beetroot in kindergarten is very simple. Despite the fact that different gardens have their own technological map of this dish, the recipes are generally similar. For cooking, you can take both meat broth and water. In the latter case, this soup will be relevant on fasting days or for those who are vegetarian.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Pour any meat broth into the pan, I have chicken. You can optionally use water. Add bay leaf, salt to taste and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, cut the beets into small strips and put them in a pan with vegetable oil.
Sauté the beets until soft and add the grated carrots and diced onions.
Fry everything together for 7-10 minutes. Add tomato paste at the end.
Continue cooking for a couple more minutes, then remove the pan from the heat.
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Add potatoes to the boiling broth and cook at low boil until half cooked. Then add the vegetable frying from the pan, mix, adjust to salt and continue cooking all together until all the ingredients are ready.
In the end, add any fresh herbs if desired.
The beetroot is ready in kindergarten.
Pour hot soup into plates and serve with sour cream. Bon Appetit!
