Making such buns is very simple. Especially for those who are already familiar with yeast, pastry. Here it is classic. The baking time depends on your oven, many bake them in 20 minutes. I have a different case. Take any icing to taste and availability. This is often a mixture of butter, cottage cheese and powdered sugar. And I had a great ready-made lemon frosting in a bag, which I spread with hot water. Sweet dough goes well with lemon sourness. Buns are tender, airy and very tasty.
Prepare the ingredients for making American buns.
Put the yeast in a bowl.
Pour in warm milk, add salt and sugar. Stir with yeast.
Add melted butter.
Pour in flour gradually.
Knead a soft, elastic dough.
Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film, place in a warm place and let it come.
Remove the dough from a bowl, knead and roll into a layer.
Lubricate the dough with soft butter.
Mix sugar with ground cinnamon and sprinkle the dough.
Roll the dough.
Cut the dough into slices 3-4 cm wide.
Put the buns in a baking dish, cover with cling film and let stand warm for 20-30 minutes.
Brush with a beaten egg.
Put in the oven, preheated to 175-180 degrees. Bake rolls for 40-45 minutes.
